Hi, I have Winclone 4.4 on my MBP 2010. Have not used the software for 4 years. Is it still the best app to clone the Windows partition on the Mac? I went to their website but it seems that we have to pay to use that software. Wasn't it free in the past?

No, it was always commerical

Its only the tool that I'm aware that handles bootcamp partitions, there are other cloning tools but this allows you to create an image file from within macOS

Thanks. In the past I just used Winclone to clone the Windows partition. Then, backuped the Mac which includes the cloned file using superduper and TimeMachine. Usually no problem but one time Winclone failed to recover the cloned partition.
