The arrangement of my icons are the same as how they came, except for I put my stock portfolio app in the same spot as the old stocks icon. I got used to placement so much on the iPhone 2G that I've never wanted to change it. All the pages behind my home screen aren't organized because I now hae Spotlight to launch apps.
