Forgive me if this has already been discussed in a previous thread but I searched for it and was unable to find it.

Was wondering how many of you use your iPhone as your sole mobile phone? ...and how many use an iPhone and another mobile phone?

Why the hell would i want to carry 2 mobiles for personal* use?
iPod - replaced with iPhone
PDA - replaced with iPhone
Mobile - replced with iPhone
pager - replaced with mobile

Yes I carry an 'on-call' phone for work but thats a work phone.
*yes i carry a non-camera phone with me due to security issues at some sites. But its a glove box queen :D

Primary phone for me, but I have a backup (P990) for when I go freerunning or doing sport with it, just in case its damaged.

Its my only phone, although I used to have 2 iPhones before (a 16GB and a 4GB for development)

I carry a couple and use my iPhone only for listening to music.

My iPhone is my primary device, but I do have a backup PEBL and next time I get an equiptment discount I might pick up anoher free discount :D

why would you spend 200-600 on a phone
and then not use it as your main phone?

I was gonna use the iPhone 3G as my primary phone and have a Sidekick Slide for AIM, but why do that when I can just carry one device that has it all, the iPhone 3G.

So yeah, just the iPhone for me.

I've voted that my iPhone is my only phone, despite me having two others. This is because I've diverted the other two to my iPhone and, if I'm going out, I only pick up the iPhone - so essentially it's my only one.

I've been a two-phone guy for a very long time. I'm shocked that the iPhone has me using just one device.

Since AT&T does not pick up in my office, I use BB on Verizon for voice and iPhone on AT&T for data and Mobile Me.

I still carry my VZW RAZR around just in case, AT&T isn't really known for a lack of dead spots. not to mention I get No Service for a 6 mile stretch down the road, starting at my house

I still have my Sprint KRZR so technically No, my iPhone is my primary phone but I have another phone. But I haven't used my KRZR since I got my iPhone other to check a couple voicemails and texts from people who don't have my new # yet.

Now the iphone will be another phone of mine :D
(just got it today, that line was a bithc plus I wasn't the subscriber to AT&T so I had to come back)
but got it and love it :D

They are our primary mobile phones, and in a year when our contract is up with our local phone company, they will be our only phones.

iPhone 3G newbie

My shiny new iPhone 3G replaces my pay-as-you go no thrills Motorola, but i do still keep it as an alarm clock and to use up my unused minutes.
