is your isight camera flush with back?

all,

my isight camera is not completely flush with the back of the ipad casing, like my iphone 4s. i'm not sure if this is normal, giving the curvature of ipad back, or if mine is slightly recessed. ie, does the camera lens fit flush with the aluminum ring?

just curious, not a deal breaker. thanks.
