Is your Macbook choice being affected by the iPad 2 release

Im curious if anyones Macbook choice is being affected by the proximity of the iPad 2 announcement.

Since last year I intended on buying a Sandy Bridge Macbook Pro and iPad 2 when they were released. Originally I intended on an 15" but with the iPad 2 (probably) coming in a few days then instead I'm going to spend the same amount of money on a 13" MBP + iPad 2. Its a powerful combo so I'm happy with it, but if the iPad 2 wasnt coming out I'd most likely be typing on a quad core 15" right now.

How about you? Is your decision swayed by two big money purchases within 2 weeks?

This iPad 2 isn't anything special...I don't need it now...it was more of a want...so I'll wait till later this year when the resolution is updated.
