Because mine still is not. I have deleted and re-enstalled both the mac app and the ios app multiple times. Reviews in the App Store are either "works perfect", or "recent update broke it". So people are seeing two different things. Which prob means it's OS dependent, Or Windows or Mac.

Mine still shows no arrow, Regardless of how I change the resolution (either with teamviewer settings or manually on my mac), it still won't translate to the app and the mouse clicks (which I can't even see) register a few inches over - as it's still thinking the resolution is native. There are a few other things that make it unusable. I have sent over my logs to tramviewer as they suggested. Don't know why I have to do their work for them. They can see plain as I can that others are saying the same thing in the App Store reviews.

I am not having much luck with these remote desktops. Every time I decide on one it gets killed. Decided on logmein - killed. Decided on teamviewer - killed. Decided on remotix - basically killed as I can't get the out of network working. I will keep working on it and try to be patient but I have a limit. If in 6 months I'm still deleong with this I will just use splashtop and pay them the $1.99 a month - as splashtop works flawlessly - no fuss. I would do it in a heartbeat if it had a one time fee. I usually do not subscribe to the monthly fee things - I have enough of those as is.
