P.S. A nice web camera for under $50 would be the ideal thing.

Hi,

I just entered Amazon.com, and I realized that what they ask
for an iSight camera is way above my budget, please look,

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=iSight&x=12&y=18

Is there any other good alternatives you may want to
recommend ??

Thank you,

igmolinav

Dude

eBay, there are allot of them, and from credible sellers, I have one coming in this week, its used but looks brand new , or there are brand new ones on there also.

The I-Sight is a discontinued sorta-collectors-item, priced way above its value these days. Unless you care about natural-light video color fidelity, you don't need one of those. And its a bit pesky o use with some newer tools.

Any current-generation name-brand web cam will do you.

What you won't get is custom drivers or video-overlay special effects.

But as long as the camera is from the last year or so, any USB web cam will work fine.

(Specifically it needs to support USB Video Class, and some cameras mention that on the box, but pretty much anything from the current lines from Logitech or Creative
are just made that way.)
