is there such a way to use the isight that's built into my macbook pro to chat with people on the windows version of msn? like if i boot up parallels and load msn can i start a video chat?

i had vista on my macbook(through bootcamp though) and my isight worked through msn messenger no problem. i believe there are drivers on the mac disk you are supposed to run after bootcamp to install. but since technically it is running on the mac side i would think it works without a issue. On a side note, i have been thinking about getting parallels. Is there any issues with performance? i do a lot of cg work and my autodesk maya license is a win license BUT my photoshop license is mac and i would like to not have to reboot everytime i need to go back and forth.
