isight and windows 7 (non-apple PC)

I am running Windows 7 x64 on a home made PC (i.e. not an apple). I use the 24" Apple Cinema Display. I want to be able to use the other features of the display: isight, the audio. But, the most important is isight. I have the bootcamp drivers form the snow leopard dvd (my wife is a mac user). But I haven't been able to make use of them successfully. Does anybody know of a way of making it work?

What would cause the camera to work on an apple with bootcamp, but not on a non-apple PC.
