ISight Cam detects if somebody is in front of the Mac

Hi to the whole Forum!

I have a strange need...

I have to configure an iMac to log out when the users arent in front of the mac, because it is a imac for the public an after the screensaver is startet, the user have to insert his own code again.

My question is:

Is there a software where i can set the cam to detect if somebody is in front of the imac?

How do you download the Eyesight-Tech software? I went to the sight and there is no way to download it.

I hope, you understanded my question.

this program shoud detect if the user Changes, and ask for log-in-Data if it happens.
