Try resetting your PRAM, that seems to have worked for some users. In case you don't know how, restart, and before you hear the chime, press and hold down apple-option-p-r, and wait for the chime to play at least twice, though three times won't hurt it. Then let go, and the computer will start up normally (it may reset your date and time, but that's easily fixed). If not, call Apple?

I've had this happen to me twice before. First time, restart Photo Booth did the trick.

Second time, resetting the PRAM did it. Just do what Mal said. :)

My MacBook's isight camera stopped working. I tried all the reset tips, nothing worked. Finally I took it to the Genious Bar. After an hour of trying to get it to work, they gave up and sent it out for repair. When I got it back, the camera had been replaced. :)

Thanks, Resetting the pram on my Tiger iMac brought back the iSight camera (as well as your suggestion on how to do that.) Thanks!
