iSight comparable webcam

I am looking for a webcam that is comparable in performance to the old stand alone iSight webcams. So far I have been able to find some nice webcams but none of them have the features and performance the old iSight had. I thought about ebay, craigslist and places like that but I really don't want to buy a used product if I don't have to.
