iSight died?

I went to download the Facetime application today, and I realized that my isight camera isn't working. It isnt working in any applications, I've tried to make a new account, and it still didn't work. In the system profiler, it does show up under the USB section. I tried to do a SMC reset but I'm not sure if it worked, or how to tell if it was successful. How do I know if I did an SMC reset correctly? And has this happened to anyone else? Help would be appreciated
