I've just got off the phone with Applecare and they have suggested that I see someone hands on about this issue - thus I am now having to travel to my nearest Apple store for a genuis bar appointment.
The reason why i've come on here is if someone else in the community has been through such problems. I have only found one 'similar' incident on these forums and I am in the process of going down that route (installing tech tool deluxe).
Basically, the problem is - when I am recording a video via Photo Booth, it won't record the full length. Whats more annoying is, you don't find out until you've pressed the stop button. So, if I am recording a 4 minute video - when I press the stop button, it will only pick up the first 11 seconds and thats it. I've tried the same thing with an external Logitech Pro 9000 and the same thing happens.
Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?
I've the the P-RAM and disk permission tests - no luck there.
