iSight HD very Grainy

Hey guys,

I just bought this MBP (Late 2011) yesterday it is the 13" high end Pro model. I noticed that the iSight is very grainy. I got better results from old iSight in iMac. Anyone else experiencing this?

I took the pic with photo booth which should be unaffected by Internet Connection.

How about the lighting? This iSight is looking up towards you - and there is light behind you. Is it grainy under different lighting conditions?

Also - you have a hand-like growth on your face, may want to get that checked out...

The picture doesn't look grainy at all to me.

Turn the lights up so that the camera can turn its sensitivity down. Also, I don't know what resolution the stills are captured at, but video is 1280 x 720, and that is still a pretty low resolution still image.
