Hi all,
I've recently bought a second-hand 2010 white unibody Macbook. Just put in a brand new Crucial SSD and 4GB of RAM, and installed a clean version of OSX El Capitan. However, the iSight does not appear to be functioning. I've tried PhotoBooth and Facetime, and they both say that no camera is connected, as does the laptop's system profiler. I've done an SMC and a PRAM reset, both to no avail. I did an Apple Hardware Test and it came back with no errors.
Is there anything else I should try, or is this a faulty iSight? I only paid £50 for the laptop so I'm not too fussed, and everything else appears to be working fine.
Thanks!
