isight settings

Hello,
I would like know how I can do some basic settings to my isight webcam on my unibody MBP.

When using skype for example, I would like to change settings like the brightness, color/bw, contrast.

I found the iGlasses software but it is not free and I can't believe that OSX can't do that natively.

C'mon OSX dont deceive me
