iSight won't show up after downgrade to Lion

Ever since I downgraded back to Lion via internet recovery my camera won't show up unless I log out and log back in and I only have one user account setup. I tried resetting SMC and this isn't a problem with one specific app.

Any ideas how to fix this? I had to downgrade because of an app that I use for college.
