I'm waiting for an updated iSight that incorporates an IR sensor so I can use the Apple remote with my Powerbook. Other than that it's fine for my uses, from what I've seen using borrowed ones.

Yeah i'm waiting.......not sure how long i can hold out for. I might get my bro to pick me one up when he goes to the US next time.

We had several in stock and sold very few of them. Then they took them off the market and for a Apple reseller in Nottingham, England, (not Apple store), they flew off the shelves quite quickly.

A fair few have since enquired, but they are discontinued with us waiting for a new model number. Hope it will be soon.

Why does the EU always have to be so difficult?

Why can't Apple sell iSights anyway:rolleyes:

Who cares if they have a bit of mercury or whatever in them:rolleyes:

I don't remember seeing many iSights in the store in the Broadmarsh, is that where you are?

I bought my iSight from corywolf on here a few months ago and I still love it. I'd recommend you guys to watch the marketplace here or eBay USA, they don't cost that much to ship over and they sure beat any third party cameras imo!
