I just got a iSkin.com keyboard cover for my MacBook, I'm just wondering is it the reason why my Airport Card is at 68 C? Like through the skin I can feel the heat from my "keyboard".

Yeah, like on the iBooks, a lot of heat is disipated through the keyboard.
Make sure it has it's all its feet... circulation underneath is also important for cooling and take the keyboard cover off when you can.
