Isloate a program in an install bundle?

I have a new Mac Mini. My wife has an E-mac. There is a piece of software on the E-mac that's not on the Mini. Is there a way to isolate just one piece of software in the e-mac install disc bundle? And then load it on the Mac Mini?

well technically, if the software isnt Freeware, then putting it on another machine is illegal, but i think there is a program that is called Pacifist that may be of some assistance since im sure you wouldnt do anything against the law
