Isn’t OS 6 Uniform?

I assumed that OS 6 had the same features in any AW that supported it. However, I have a Series 5 SS AW and my wife has a Series 3 Edition. Both are running OS 6. I have six new watch faces, but my wife has only two, the numerals faces. She is missing the Meridian, California, Modular, Solar, and Gradient faces. Does OS 6 load differently into Apple Watches? Are there differences other than the number of faces?

The series 4 and 5 have extra screen options compared to the 3 and earlier. This was true with the series 4 even with watchOS 5.

Another difference is Series 1 & 2 haven't gotten a stable build yet. 🤷‍♂️

The screen is bigger on 4 and 5, so ever since 4 released they make more options to fill that screen.
