Have you seen this commercial? Husband and wife are in bed, and the husband tells her to take some Nyquil so she'll get some sleep, and she says something like, "You mean like I used to before you got us on this reality show?" And the husband looks up, and there are people standing at the foot of his bed -- a director, a cameraman and a sound guy.
At that point -- and the shot lasts perhaps two seconds -- you see the director making a circular motion with his hands, like "Hurry it up", and I swear the director is Steve Martin.
What the hell would Steve be doing in a Nyquil commercial? How do I know? Maybe he's a friend of the commercial's real director and he did it as an in-joke. But tell me I'm not crazy, and that's really him. 'Cause if it isn't, it's someone who looks a helluva lot like him.
