Ok, so I've got a new Powerbook on the way with a LaCie d2 FW800 harddrive and a LaCie d2 FW CDRW.

I already own a EZQuest FW harddrive from two years ago.

So my question is, does anyone know how I'd go about getting an empty LaCie d2 enclosure to put my EZQ harddrive into? Obviously this isn't a dire situation. I'd simply like all my external drives in the same casing for easier stacking and general order to my tiny desk space.

I contacted LaCie and they gave the expected "we don't sell empty enclosures" response. Other options I've already thought of would be to find a cheapo LaCie drive and buy it for the case, trade someone with a 120GB LaCie, throw the EZQ on eBay or simply deal with the mismatch, maybe put a table cloth over it or hide it in the closet or something...

Anyhoo, thanks for any help, pardon the rambling (it's the Powerbook anticipation), take care all - Matt
