ISO -> CSO Converter for Leopard

Is there any converter of iso files to cso for Leopard? The only one I know of for Mac is PrometeusPro and that doesn't seem to work for Leopard or at least I can't seem to get it working. It worked for me on Tiger though. Anyone have any suggestions?

This has something to do with putting content on a PSP, right?

It seems to be Leopard specific and it lists converting and managing image files as part of what it does, although it's somewhat unclear exactly what features it has. It has screenshots showing management of both iso's and cso's.
