ISO dongle or docking station for M1 Air with one external monitor only

I did a search of this forum but reviews were mostly for dual monitor set ups. I need two or three usb 3, one HDMI, ethernet and usb c. Any suggestions? I was tempted to buy a few on Amazon but scared off by the comments of the dongle frying their new MacBooks. Thanks!
 
Would this one work? I haven’t tried it myself but Anker is a great high quality brand. Dual displays plugged one hub do not work anyways except for mirroring.
