Ok, I've done this task once before, but heres my problem. (I just forget how to do it.. obviously.)

I am installing an operating system through Virtual Box (a free alternative to VMware fusion) and I do not have a DVD/USB drive large enough to burn it to, so I need to make the ISO readable like a DVD would be for the program.

Thanks.

I'm missing minesweeper.

You dont need to make the ISO readable by OS X.

Once you have a blank virtual machine setup in Virtualbox goto the Settings for the virtual machine and select Storage.
Then select the CD Drive (which is currently empty) and click on the little folder icon to the right.
In the virtual media manager that pops up click on Add, then select the ISO image. This adds the ISO to the Virtual Media Manager.
Now select the ISO in the VMM and click Select.
It will now be mounted as a CD/DVD once the Virtual Machine is Started.

Hope this helps.
