Hello I am having trouble with an icloud back up that I am restoring on my iPad. My backup included 2 apps that were purchased on a different apple id. After the restore I was prompted to enter the password for the different apple id to access the itunes store, I entered the password and the apps appeared to start downloading and stops, then all the apps that were beginning to load on the home screen all disappear. I am mainly concerned with only one app in particular "NoteShelf" that has all my notes for school. I tried checking past purchases under the app store and the NoteShelf app shows for a second then disappears. I know the app was purchased with my new apple ID but doesnt show in past purchases or if it does it disappears while trying to download.I also checked the app store and it is still available but asks me to repurchase the app. I have 2 iCloud backups for my iPad, one of 1Gb the other is 1.3GB, the ladder contains my noteshelf app that I am trying to restore. The restore seems to be incomplete. Any ideas on how to recover this app?

-checked past purchases from both accounts, my personal apple id shows the app in past purchases then disappears
-restored backup 4 times
-removed the apps from ipad that were purchased from different apple id
-signed out/in itunes
-restrictions are off
