Issue after Updating 10.4.10 or Safari 3.0.2

Whenever i click a link to a website in Firefox/Safari, it jumps to the middle of the web page (almost at the end).
Likewise, in Yahoo messenger, whenever a buddy send me a message, the windows scrolls to the beginning. I have to page down every time to see there is a message coming.

I am not sure if this happens after i install 10.4.10 or safari 3.0.2.

Anybody experiences this very annoying bug ??

i will be surprised if osx 10.4.10 and/or safari 3.0.2 actually affect firefox.

i have 10.4.10, so its not the cause, but its beyond shock and would be shameful, weird, difficult to explain, if safari 3.0.2 would alter how firefox/YM display content.

personally, i would suggest u do some cleaning of system, since its very unlikely either 10.4.10 or safari 3.0.2 would affect 3rd party apps like u described.
