I just upgraded to Sequoia 15.4.1 and this happened. How can I get rid of these?

Dock items: Control-click > Option > untick Keep in Dock (or just drag the item off the Dock).
Chrome things: I use Safari, so can't help you. Talk to Google and/or read Chrome documentation.
Top right menu bar: Control Centre is considered essential. Google Drive stays there whilst connected.

The OP might be talking about the accessibility labels that are switched on?
