Issue downloading from the hp site

I am trying to download a driver for the hp Business Inkjet 1000 and continuously hitting this error.

Safari cant open the page. "ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software9/COL21810/mp-57202-2/HP_Installer_BJ1000_v9.7.dmg"

Before that I have installed the Printer drivers from my new Mac OS X Snow leopard upgrade CD. But it only gives black & White printouts only.

Can anybody help on this?

MBP with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.
