Hi guys,

I've tried searching high and low but can't find any answers on this - maybe i'm not searching with the right details.
I have a MacBook Pro 13” 2015 - I’m on latest version of High Sierra.
I have noticed that on Safari, every time I download something inside of Safari, a grey safari icon appears and stays over the top of everything. Every Safari window, every finder window - they sit on my desktop etc, I can't understand why. It goes away if I close Safari completely, but it will happen next time I download something.
I've attached some screenshots below - one is showing it within Safari after I've set 4 things to download elsewhere. The other is on Finder, while Safari is still running.

Could anyone advise why this is happening?

Thank you,
