iPhone 11 Pro Issue frontal cam 11pro max

I have an issue sito my 11pro max.
when I make a photo with wapp app with frontal cam, if I muove phone fast, the screen show me my image slow, as if it have a problem of stabilization of image.
this issue only with wapp, no ha e problem with cam app of iPhone.
have you same problem?

So K, yesterday after the visit Genius Bar al Applestore, the device is K, al iPhone 11 pro and pro max have this issue, the Problem si onlynwoth instagram and wapp apps.
