I've been plagued with a very annoying issue where apps will not open, they'll pop up for a moment and then the screen goes black and back to the home screen. I've made a video of the issue for those of you who would like to see the issue in action.

The phone works fine when I do a fresh install and works for about a day but as soon as the apps start crashing the phone never seems to recover no matter what I do. I've tried hard reseting the phone when it happens but that leaves me with mixed results. I use my camera app a lot and I could be crazy but it seems as if that is what gets the issue started. I've also been wondering if this is occurring due to some type of bluetooth issue. I have an OBD2 adapter in my car made by a company called Automatic and yesterday and the day before the issue presented itself only after I was in the car. Maybe it would have happened anyway? If it happens a 3rd time on a 3rd phone I might be on to something...
I've returned my old phone to the Apple Store and they pretty much took it back without question which makes me wonder if they are aware of the issue. The replacement phone which was brand new in the original box also has the same issue. I received a 3rd phone by mail yesterday that I'm not upgrading the OS from the 9.0 that's on it but I'm going to see what that one does today.
I don't know if the manufacture date leads to any clues but I know two people who own the same phone as I and the only difference between theirs and mine is that the ones that aren't having the issue were built on weeks 35, 38. The three phones I've had were all built on week 37... To get this information look at the 5th character on your iPhone's serial number, that will give you the build week.
