Hi forum users,
Converted Windows user here, who has just purchased a Macbook Pro 13" 2 days ago...
Since purchase, I have downloaded and installed the free upgrade to Mac OS X Mountain Lion and am now trying to update the remaining apps that required updates.
iMovie updated fine, however iPhoto will not update, constantly failing the update and restarting the download.
I have also posted this on the Apple communities with no success so far.
Can anyone help me?
The download gets to 10.2Mb then keeps restarting.
I have tried:
- Moving iPhoto to the Trash and reinstalling with AppStore
- Downloading update manually and installing - this does not work as it states it cannot be installed because iPhoto was installed with Appstore.
Note:
- This is a new Macbook Pro 13".
- OS was upgraded as soon as I got it to OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.1
Any ideas and fixes welcome.
Cheers,
Dale
