Issue validating Office 2011

Sold my old MBP. Bought a new MBP. Trying to install Office in the new machine and the setup manager won't validate. Try to do it over the phone and every time I enter my validation ID it says thanks for calling and hangs up. Can't figure out a way to get in touch with someone on the phone or get my copy validated.

Any suggestions?
