I just tried upgrading today. Dunno if its been mentioned, but some users may still be having issues with upgrading to iOS13.x (any version)
After upgrading 'press Home to upgrade" appears on the device, except it doesn't work... You press the Home button, and nothing..

I did a full restore via iTunes which fixed it.. I don't have a backup, so i dunno if that works as well.
