issue while copying to NAS folder in Finder

Hi geeks..

I have this error coming very often on Finder copying from folder1 (local folder on harddrive) - to folder2 (Nas drive folder)

It's does copy files. But in bulk it stops with this error after copying some files.

any hint and solution to nail this problem.. would be great help.
