Issue with Airplay mirroring to Apple TV

Have a 3rd gen apple tv that worked fine on Mountain lion. Now that I've upgraded to Mavericks, it mirrors for few seconds and then pauses and then disconnects every time. Is there a setting I'm supposed to be selecting?

I've updated the firmware on Apple TV today, but no luck :(
