Evening, all. Long-time reader, first-time poster and all that.

I recently got a 16" MBP and the accompanying AirPods Pro. Life was good. Until I discovered that while watching YouTube videos, the video would randomly pause, the AirPods would disconnect, and a phantom MAC address would appear in my bluetooth device list (see attached image).

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I've reset the bluetooth module and reset the AirPods. This does not happen to any of my other devices (iPhone XR, iPad, and Apple TV).

Someone very well may read this and know of another thread where this issue was addressed - any direction would be helpful!

Thanks.

Follow-up: I was just watching some lectures for a class on YouTube and it disconnected again. I've attached another screenshot showing that the MAC address of this phantom (and likely problematic) bluetooth device is not the same as before.
