Issue with Apple TV+

Hi there,

I'm watching programs on Apple TV+ but it happens that a program just keeps loading and never starts playing or when it plays it starts to buffer and nothing else.

My internet connection is fine so what can I do to resolve this?

Restart your ATV. If issues persist than your internet connection may not be “fine”. What model ATV do you have? What version of tvOS installed?

Hi, it's the newest generation of Apple TV, restart worked.
tvOS 18.2

same problem here today, try ATV, iPad, Phone and try with LTE/5G, not working, it say´s: get apple TV+
its working now, thx
