Issue with embedded page

All, my page in IE 6.xx SP 2 loads up entirely differently in Firefox 3.0.3. The issue is that the page loads up fine in FF, but not in IE.

In IE, the page gets cropped inside its parent page (which I have no control over) and I can't seem to see what is wrong.
