MP 7,1 Issue with Finder recognizing External Seagate HDD (solved)

I have an 4 Tb Seagate HDD connected to the 7.1 USB port ^ IO Card but it is not being recognized. Any ideas??

It is identified by the 2015 iMac. On the 7.1, the light is on but not recognized in Finder.
