MacOS: Mojave v10.14.6
Computer: Mac mini 2018

Keyboard: Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional Hybrid Type-S (firmware A.046)
Connection: USB-C (HHKB) to USB (Mac mini) using the same cable that come with Keychorn K2 v2

DIP (Under HHKB Keyboard): only 2 is switch on and rest of number is switch off (1,3,4,5 & 6).

Just bought HHKB Type-S and it is unable to recognise by the MacOS - but typing seem it work.

I did check from System Preferences > Keyboard > Change Keyboard Type > Keyboard Setup Assistant > it say "Your Keyboard cannot be identified and will not be usable until it is identified" > click on right shift nothing happen from there.

I don't know what else to do or it is HHKB become defective and I don't have other computer to test it.

Here is the latest update: I'm still unable to find out how to get working with Keyboard Setup Assistant, anyway I've arranged with amazon for the return process and buying again the same model.

Do u think something wrong with Keychorn K2 v2 cable (usb to usb-c) or need usb-c to usb-c cable?
