I'm having an issue using the personal hotspot feature on my iPhone 6S+ with my Windows 10 PC.

Speedtest reports 120Mbps down and 35Mbps up which is faster than my regular ethernet speeds of 115/5. However, opening browser tabs takes minutes. Apple, facebook, google, random websites, etc., it's so slow it's like I'm capped 50Kbps...

I'm connected via USB and running the latest version of Windows 10.

The phone itself loads websites instantly... even an iPad using the hotspot will load websites instantly as well.

Did some searching around but didn't really find anything useful. Tried changing the name of the phone to remove any special characters, etc.

Anyone encountered this issue before? Or have any ideas?

Sounds like there's nothing wrong with your phone.
Your computer however: whole different story ;) I think that's where the problem lies.

Yeah, well I suspected as much. Something dodgy with Windows 10 and USB hotspot maybe. Everything works fine with my regular ethernet connection.
