Issue with iCloud tabs

I'm having trouble with iCloud tabs ever since it was released. I have an iPhone on which I can see the tabs opened on my MacBook (ML), but can't the see tabs opened on my iPad. On the iPad it's the same, I can see the MacBook tabs, but not the ones opened on my iPhone. And on the MacBook, I don't see any of the tabs opened on my iPad and iPhone.
I haven't found any solution to this, most of the problems seem to regard iOS 5, but on both devices 6.1.3 is installed.
Any suggestions what I can do to fix this?

Found the problem: private surfing was activated..
