Issue with iPadOS 15 beta (7 and 8) and brand new iPad Pro 12.9 2021

I have a brand new iPad Pro 12.9 2021 with 14.7.1. All works fine. I have tried to install the beta 7 o 8. 8 from update software and the finder on osx. 7 just from ipsw. No errors. But when the update progress bar will be at 95% it restarts with a big apple without progress bar. Stay in this state for a couple of minutes. Than restart with a new progress bar. At the end asks for the pin and then (after the pin) enter in a loop: black screen, spinning wheel... No idea if in this state is still 14.x or 15...

Can be easily recovered from the finder by updating the os which reverts all to 14.7.1.

Any idea?
