Issue with iTunes

Anyone having an issue with iTunes lately with album artwork? Not just for music, but for movies and TV shows. Either artwork will not display, or it gets a portion of it. For example, I have several music, TV shows and movies that only have the top half of the album artwork. The bottom half is gray.

I thought upgrading to Mojave would help, but it didn't. I might try a full reinstall if there aren't any suggestions.
