Issue with Magic Key board “i” not auto to “I”

Has anyone else noted that on the iPad Pro gen4 with the magive keyboard attached typing an “i” stays as an “i” and doesn’t auto capitalize?

Problem solved
went into settings and turned off all dictionar it’s and thesauruses. Turned Oxford American on only. End of issue.
