I can't say with 100% certainty that this is directly tied to the 14.7.1 upgrade but I first started noticing this after the update. Anyway, the issue is the the stock Mail app on my iPhone. I have a few email accounts, including gmail and ones from domains I own. I've had all these accounts for years. The issue I'm having is one account, which I use Zoho for, is not syncing correctly. I have other Zoho accounts and the email syncing is working fine. I happen to be having the issue with my primary account.
The sync issue is when I read, move, reply to or delete email on my iPhone (12 Max Pro) they are not reflected on the Zoho web site. They remain in my Inbox as unread, no mater the action taken on the iPhone. I only ever connect to Zoho at mail.zoho.com on my MBP and as I mentioned above, I have another email account for another domain that is working / syncing fine with Zoho. No settings in the Mail client were change nor was anything else on the web.
Any ideas what could be causing this and/or how to fix it? I've reached out to Zoho but they're very slow to respond.
